Christopher McGrew is responsible for the oversight of all company functions and the strategic direction of SteeleHarbour. He serves as chairman of the firm’s investment committee and as the senior acquisitions officer and portfolio manager.
Working with the CEO, Deepak Hathiramani serves as a trusted advisor to help execute the SteeleHarbour’s vision, strategic plan and corporate governance initiatives. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Robert Franco is SteeleHarbour’s Chief Financial Officer with over 28 years of experience in real estate, financial reporting and capital markets. He has senior-level oversight for accounting, policies, procedures and compliance at both the fund and company level.
John Lapins is SteeleHarbour’s Executive Managing Director of Development & Construction with more than 30 years of design and development experience as an architect and developer. He oversees all of SteeleHarbour’s development and construction activities.
Travis Laderer serves as a Vice President of Asset Management & Capital Markets at SteeleHarbour. Mr. Laderer works closely with senior management in supporting SteeleHarbour’s capital markets, fundraising and investor reporting disciplines, as well as the underwriting, valuation and asset management of the firm’s existing investment portfolio.
Erica Salmins serves as Vice President of Financial Reporting for SteeleHarbour. She is closely involved in overseeing the accounting, audit and financial reporting for SteeleHarbour’s fund vehicles.
Max Kuriloff serves as a Vice President of Investments at SteeleHarbour. Mr. Kuriloff works closely with the firm’s senior team on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, executing and managing SteeleHarbour investments.
Aron Morgan serves as a Vice President of Capital Markets & Development at SteeleHarbour. Aron works closely with the firm’s senior management on capital structuring, financing strategy, and overseeing the financial and operational components of the firm’s development pipeline.
Daryle LaMonica serves as Controller for SteeleHarbour’s Property Management Company. He is responsible for all accounting and financial / operational reporting functions related to certain SteeleHarbour-managed properties.
Ashley Lawrence serves as the Executive Assistant to Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher McGrew at SteeleHarbour. Ashley works closely with Christopher and the executive team to help manage daily tasks, organize meetings, schedule travel, facilitate invoicing and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
