Christopher McGrew is a Founding Partner and CEO of SteeleHarbour. As CEO he is responsible for the oversight of all company functions and the strategic direction of SteeleHarbour. He serves as chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee, and as the senior acquisitions officer and portfolio manager he is intimately involved in the sourcing, negotiation, execution and management of all SteeleHarbour transactions.

Prior to founding SteeleHarbour, Mr. McGrew was President and Chief Investment Officer of Parmenter Realty Partners, a multi-billion-dollar institutional fund manager with a fully integrated real estate investment, management and development platform. Mr. McGrew was one of the four principals of Parmenter and also served on the company’s investment and executive committees.

A 29-year real estate investment veteran, Mr. McGrew has overseen the acquisition and management of more than $5 billion of real estate assets in major gateway markets as well as secondary and tertiary markets in the southeast and southwest United States.

Mr. McGrew previously worked at Hines and PepsiCo in New York City. He started his career as a CPA at PriceWaterhouse LLP.

Mr. McGrew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is an active participant in the Mentor Program.
