Erica Salmins serves as Vice President of Financial Reporting for SteeleHarbour. She is closely involved in overseeing the accounting, audit and financial reporting for SteeleHarbour’s fund vehicles.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Ms. Salmins worked as a senior accountant for Gaia Real Estate, a real estate investment firm based in New York City. There she focused on the financial reporting (audit and tax) for property and portfolio-level entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS Investment Company Accounting. 

Ms. Salmins started her career as a CPA with Marcum LLP in the accounting firm’s audit and real estate group. She also worked as a senior accountant for EA RESIG LLC, a fund advisory firm based in New York City, where she worked with real estate clients in meeting their fund accounting and financial reporting needs.

Ms. Salmins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
