Daryle LaMonica serves as Controller for SteeleHarbour’s Property Management Company. As Controller, he is responsible for all accounting and financial/operational reporting functions related to certain SteeleHarbour-managed properties.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Mr. LaMonica spent 25 years as Director of Information Technology and Accounting Systems at Rockrose Development and TF Cornerstone, two New York City-based real estate development firms. At these firms, he was responsible for all aspects of IT operations, accounting systems, technology policies & procedures, cloud initiatives, vendor relations, and ensuring high-level availability of the company’s information processing systems and mission critical databases.

Mr. LaMonica previously served as a Property Accountant at Rockrose Development, and as an auditor at a Westchester, NY-based accounting firm where he started his career.

Mr. LaMonica received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New York.
