Aron Morgan serves as a Vice President of Capital Markets & Development at SteeleHarbour. Aron works closely with the firm’s senior management on capital structuring, financing strategy, and overseeing the financial and operational components of the firm’s development pipeline.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Aron was on the Acquisitions team at SL Green Realty Corp., where he evaluated and executed commercial real estate investments across New York City. His experience includes underwriting acquisitions, developments, financings, and joint ventures, as well as coordinating with architects, zoning counsel, and construction teams on complex, large-scale projects. Notably, he played a key role in the firm’s pursuit of a $5.5+ billion mixed-use gaming and hospitality development in Times Square, leading underwriting efforts, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement.  

Prior to SL Green, Aron worked at Starwood Capital Group, where he focused on originating and structuring debt investments across a range of asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, office, and residential development.

Aron received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Finance and was a member of the football team.
