Travis Laderer serves as an Associate at SteeleHarbour. Mr. Laderer works closely with senior management in supporting SteeleHarbour’s capital markets, fundraising and investor reporting disciplines, as well as the underwriting, valuation and asset management of the firm’s existing investment portfolio.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Mr. Laderer served as the Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Trawler Capital Management, a private real estate credit fund owned by Third Point. In this role he focused on real estate and credit underwriting, cash flow analysis and asset management.

Prior to joining Trawler, Mr. Laderer was an Accounting Analyst at NGB Property Management, a real estate operator based in Albany, NY. In this role, he was responsible for managing property financials as well as maintaining and facilitating owner-to-tenant correspondence.

Mr. Laderer received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
