Ashley Lawrence serves as the Executive Assistant to Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher McGrew at SteeleHarbour. Ashley works closely with Christopher and the executive team to help manage daily tasks, organize meetings, schedule travel, facilitate invoicing and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. She acts as a liaison between team members, as well as ensuring effective communication both internally and with outside vendors and clients. She is highly organized, detail-oriented and skillful at time management, problem-solving and adaptability.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Ashley was an Account Coordinator at Wunderman, a Young and Rubicam subsidiary in Irvine, California. There, she worked on brands ranging from Southern California Edison to Southwest Rapid Rewards, working on their print advertising and direct mail, as well as digital promotions and marketing strategy, respectively. She played a key role in directing client requests to internal production and helped catapult projects forward working closely with Creatives in the agency.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University in Orange, California, with a minor in Communication Studies. She also studied abroad with Semester at Sea.
