Max Kuriloff serves as an Associate at SteeleHarbour. Mr. Kuriloff works closely with the firm’s senior investment professionals on sourcing, underwriting, structuring and executing SteeleHarbour acquisitions and development investments.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Mr. Kuriloff worked as an acquisitions and development associate at Young Woo & Associates, a real estate development firm located in New York. He performed underwriting, sourcing and due diligence for a large array of investments throughout New York City and the Southeast, and managed the oversight of existing assets.  

Prior to Young Woo & Associates, Mr. Kuriloff was an acquisitions associate at Morgenstern Capital. He participated in all steps of the acquisitions process including sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, and due diligence. Mr. Kuriloff started his career at The Brodsky Organization, a New York based real estate developer, owner and manager of residential and commercial spaces in New York City.  

Mr. Kuriloff received his Bachelor of Arts & Science from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.  He is also currently in the process of attaining his Real Estate Investment Certificate from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
