Tysons, VA, April 14, 2026 – SteeleHarbour Capital Partners is pleased to announce the closing of a CO-GP investment in a new ground-up multifamily development located within the Charlotte, NC Metropolitan Statistical Area. The project features 120 one-bedroom, 160 two-bedroom, and 32 three-bedroom townhome units and has an estimated total development budget of approximately $74.3 million. Delivery is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
SteeleHarbour has partnered with Middleburg Communities a leading Virginia-based residential developer to execute the development. The investment was made through one of SteeleHarbour’s actively managed vehicles.
Since its founding in late 2018, SteeleHarbour has now successfully closed 25 real estate investments in nine states and Washington D.C., accounting for total assets under management of approximately $1.4 billion.
