SteeleHarbour has partnered with a best-in-class regional multifamily operator for this investment. This investment represents the opportunity to provide a creative financing solution to an experienced sponsor to acquire a recently completed, institutional quality asset and lease it to stabilized occupancy levels. The investment was made through SteeleHarbour’s second fund vehicle, SteeleHarbour Strategic Opportunities Fund II-A LP.
