Matt Curcio serves as an Associate at SteeleHarbour. Mr. Curcio works closely with the firm’s senior investment professionals on sourcing, underwriting, structuring and executing SteeleHarbour acquisitions and development investments. He also plays an active role supporting the firm’s capital markets and fund management disciplines.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Mr. Curcio worked as a senior analyst for Hanini Group, a real estate investment firm focused on impact investment and development in New Jersey. He led the financing and structuring of acquisitions and development projects, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Opportunity Zone capital. He also worked closely with design and construction teams in navigating the development process on several large projects.

Mr. Curcio received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
