Christi Wagenaar is an Executive Managing Director of SteeleHarbour, with 19 years of experience in real estate, investment banking and capital markets.

Ms. Wagenaar has senior responsibility for overseeing and executing investments on behalf of SteeleHarbour, including analytics, transaction structuring, due diligence and closing. Ms. Wagenaar is also actively involved in the implementation of targeted business plans for SteeleHarbour’s investments.

Prior to joining SteeleHarbour, Ms. Wagenaar served as a Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Real Estate Investment Banking group and a Managing Director of Perella Weinberg Partners’ Real Estate Advisory practice. In both roles she focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Capital and Strategic Advisory, and led transaction execution and structuring across deal and property types.

Ms. Wagenaar was previously a Vice President of Morgan Stanley’s Commercial Real Estate Principal Transactions/Lending group, responsible for loan origination, loan portfolio acquisitions, asset management, securitization and debt restructuring. She started her career at UBS as an Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking group, focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance.

Ms. Wagenaar received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
